1.  Getting Help about a Section or Item?

There is a Knowledge Base Forum that can be accessed from the Main Menu under REFERENCE Menu Item.

2. Why Can't I see a menu or article? 

There are Five levels of permissions for this site to accomodate all visitors. The

1. Guest category which is open to all visitors with some rstriction on certain access and activity. 
2. Registered Member category - which is open to all visitors with a Registered member status. Registration is FREE and comes with increased privilige.
3. Gold Member category - is a paid membership with inreased access and activity privileges.
4. Platinum Member category - a paid gold membership with certain advertizing, and directory listing privileges.
5. Author Member category - Gold members with full article posting privileges without moderation.

It is possible  that the section or article is out of bounds for your visitor status.

3. What is CafeZZ.com - CafeZZ is the social networking site for InciteHEALTH, the Health and Wellness portal. You must be a Registered member to access  and a Gold member to use many of the functionalities of the site.

 4. How do I pronounce CafeZZ? If your American, just the way it sounds CafeZee. Canadians will want to pronounce it CafeZedZed eh!, but NO it's CafeZeeZee, Sorry!
